Get Into Shape For Golf
Now when the majority think of golfing, physical exertion barely suggests itself. But we all know that a round of 18 holes can truly take a heavy toll on the body and the mind. Again there are many methods to boost your endurance, but if you're looking for a fast golfing specific solution, you cannot go past walking. I mean it's what we do for a lot of the time that we are out on the course, and if you can learn how to walk longer distances without getting beat then your swing isn't going to suffer as much later on in the round.
So even if you do not want to fully commit to a serious training program, you can still get in shape for golfing, and perhaps even improve your game simply by performing a few of those straightforward exercises now and then.
